Colleen Tringali, LMHC

Therapist

I believe it takes a village to raise a family, work, get a higher education; but for some of us, we don't have a village. We don't have support from the people in our lives that should be there to support us when we need it. This lack of support can make us feel isolated, misunderstood, stuck; and for those of us suffering from additional stressors such as mental health concerns, anxiety, depression, lack of work, grief, chronic illness, relationship problems, it can feel very lonely.

I have found that most of my clients simply need to feel heard, understood, that somebody does hear their frustrations. My hope is to be able to lend a nonjudgmental ear and help clients better understand themselves and their world. I believe in a wholistic approach to therapy and utilize community resources and services in order to treat the whole person.

If you are wanting to begin understanding who you are, what led you to this moment, and are excited about what lies ahead of you on this journey we call life I would love to start walking this new path with you! I look forward to connecting with you soon. To contact Colleen directly, click here.
